Order Processing

All orders with confirmed payment will be processed within 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday. Processing is suspended on weekends and US federal holidays. Every garment undergoes a pre-shipment quality check covering fabric integrity, stitching and sizing details. Once your parcel is dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email so you can monitor delivery progress.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

All delivery timelines are calculated starting from the shipment date. Potential delays may arise from carrier bottlenecks, severe weather conditions or international customs screening.

Complimentary standard shipping applies to orders with a subtotal above $65. Final shipping fees will be automatically computed and displayed at checkout.

International Shipments & Customs Duties

We ship to most regions globally. Customers outside the United States are solely liable for all import duties, customs taxes and related clearance charges. These costs are not incorporated into your order amount and may be collected by local customs upon parcel arrival. We are unable to provide estimates for these customs-related expenses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package shows a delivered status but you never receive it, or your items arrive with visible damage, please contact our support team within 14 days after the marked delivery date. We may request photos of damaged merchandise and outer packaging to launch an investigation or process relevant resolution.
