Return Policy

1. Return Timeframe

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days after you receive your order. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted, except for items that arrive damaged or defective.

2. Eligibility Requirements

All returned apparel must comply with the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, smells, makeup marks or fabric flaws
• Original hang tags and packaging kept intact
• No modifications or signs of heavy use

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these standards, and such items will be sent back at the buyer’s cost with no refund issued.

3. Return Application Process

Please contact us via gegibulten@outlook.com with your order number and return reason to get pre-approval before sending back any goods. Our team will respond within 2 business days and share return guidance. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Buyers bear the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, wrong, or damaged in transit. The original shipping fee at checkout is non-refundable.

5. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and examine your returned items, we will email you the inspection result. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. The actual posting time of funds depends on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

You can request an exchange for size or style if stock is available. If your desired replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos of the problem within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund or replacement with no extra return shipping charge.

8. Final Sale

Items labeled Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
