website gpu stuck in slot When I look at gpu z my gpu is only operating in x8 no matter the load If I bifurcate the pcie slot in the bios to x8x8 I can get the gpu gpu slot Hi Guys I'm a newbe here, Not a Huge issue - but it never happened to me before in 30 years of PC Builds

gpu stuck in slot check your BIOS settings to see if there is something odd there One guy said he solved this same issue by loading defaults in the BIOS and then  Unfortunately I don't have another video card available to test if the PCI-E slot is bad I haven't tried using the other PCI-E slot  GPU heatsink causing the graphics card to rise up to around 75C The x16 slot is enabled in the BIOS but I just cant seem to get it to work
